Registration
We welcome all children of the parish who are not currently enrolled in a Catholic school. To register your child for class you must visit our Religious Education Office. Please download and fill the registration forms available in the links below prior to coming to the office.
Important information needed to register for Religious Education:
- Parish Number
- Sacramental information including: Copy of Baptismal certificate, Copy of First Communion certificate (when applicable)
- Current picture of student
- Forms completely filled out
- Payment – cash, check, money order or credit card – 10% discount if complete tuition is paid from Monday, April 3rd until Friday June 9, 2017.
- One child
- Two children
- Three or more children
- Confirmation fee (Gown and Spirit Day, no discount)
- Bible fee (3rd-5th grade, 6th-8th grade and High School)
