Welcome to St. Gregory the Great

In order to register at St. Gregory School, you will need to provide the following items:

Child’s original birth certificate (copy).
Child’s baptismal certificate (copy) – this includes those baptized at St. Gregory Church.
Child’s First Holy Communion certificate (copy) – for children applying for 4th through 8th grades. This includes those who received the sacrament at St. Gregory Church.
Non-refundable testing fee of $25.00 per student.
K-8 ONLY – FAMILY APPLICATION: Families only applying for students entering grades K-8 must pay a non-refundable Application fee of $200.00 per family.
PreK-3 and PreK-4 ONLY – STUDENT APPLICATION: Families only applying for students in Pre-Kindergarten must pay a non-refundable Application fee of $200.00 per student for children entering Pre-Kindergarten.
K-8 AND PreK FAMILY APPLICATION: Families applying for a PreK student(s) and K-8 student(s) must pay the non-refundable PreK Student Application fee of $200.00 (per student entering PreK-3 or PreK-4) and the non-refundable K-8 Family Application fee of $200.00 (per family).

Please note:

Children entering PreK-3 MUST be 3 years old by September 1, 2012.

Children entering PreK-4 MUST be 4 years old by September 1, 2012.

Children entering Kindergarten MUST be 5 years old by September 1, 2012.

Download New Student Pre-Kindergarten Form and complete. (1 per new PreK student applying)
Download Church Support Form and complete. (1 per family)
Download Release of Records Form and complete. (1 per new PreK student applying)
Attach a copy of Birth Certificate (1 per new student applying)
Attach a copy of Baptismal Certificate (1 per new student applying)
Screening Fee of $25.00 per new student applying (non-refundable)
Pre-K Application Fee of $200.00 per child applying (non-refundable)
