UPCOMING EVENTS

May 12, 2010 (Wednesday): 3rd HOME AND SCHOOL ASSOCIATION MEETING 6:45 – 8:00pm.
Our Technology Teacher, Mrs. Alvarez, has been teaching your children about Online Safety all year. Now she would like to provide you with valuable tips and resources to help you protect your children in this digital age.

Safety Topics will include: You Tube, Webcams, Mobile Phones, Social Networking Sites and Interactive Online Gaming.

A take home resource book will be provided to all attendees

Due to the topic of discussion, all children in attendance will be asked to go to the childcare room. Please call the school office no later than 3:00 p.m. on that same day for your reservation.

We will have our drawing tonight for one free month of tuition based on your support rate! You will be eligible to enter the drawing if you attended all 3 Home and School Association meetings this school year. Don’t forget to sign in! Please sign the index card at the front tables.

The class with the highest attendance at the meeting will receive a “Dress-down Day”!

Administration will display samples of the uniforms that will be changing for the 2010/2011 school year. Remember that there will be a 2 year transition to the new uniforms, except for incoming Pre-K students.

Used uniforms will be available for purchase before and after the meeting.

We will also be handing out ballots for two board member positions whose term is up at the end of this school year.
